To start the year Cebu is busy preparing the Miss Cebu 2009
One of the most celebrated event in Cebu City is the Miss Cebu Pagent. Fortunately, it is held weeks before the Sinulog celebration every January. Both events are ways of promoting Cebu as a destination island that must be seen.
